Thursday, May 10, 2007, Sarah fainted at school. She was taken to a local ER & then transported to Phoenix Children's Hospital with a diagnosis of restrictive cardiomyopathy.

July 5, 2007 Sarah received her new heart. However, during the transplant she suffered a massive stroke that left her paralyzed.

Fourth of July

Mom and Dad's picture

Happy Fourth of July to all of you. This is a very busy weekend for a lot of people, so we ask  you to please be very careful out there. Use plent y of sunscreen, and take your time getting to where ever your going, and always remember to have a designated driver. Be safe out there, and never ever forget to tell your loved ones how much you love them, remember just two years ago we weren't sure if we would ever celebrate the 4th of July ever again, so thank you Lord for another great day with Sarah and our family. I will be updating very soon, so make sure you all come back home safe and sound so you can all read it.
Many Blessings,
Sarah, Amber,Mom,Dad, and
The Nolte Family
