The car show was rained out... we are in the process of rescheduling it. The date we are looking at is 5/16/09. That is not set in stone yet, though.

Another student that did not make it off the field...
Sometimes you wonder, why Sarah? But then you read an article about another family who lost their child suddenly to heart disease. And, you think... OH God,  thank you for Sarah! And, you remember why you stopped questioning it a long time ago.

Please pray for Riley, he has pnemonia in both lungs.

Riley's aunt Carrie has been with Team Sarah from the onset of Sarah's illnesses. She has been at almost every benefit & keeps in contact with our family.

One of Sarah’s birthday presents from us (Sarah’s auntie & uncle Mark) was to take her to the Wild Life World Zoo. So, a few weeks ago we took her. We all had such a blessed day. Sarah was so happy all day long. She was all smiles! There is nothing better than to see Sarah's smile.

A Note to my sweet sweet niece, Sarah,

I can never understand why you get nervous doing these little things, like you are doing today. You have faced much bigger obstacles without showing an ounce of nervousness. You face bigger obstacles almost daily.

A big thank you to everyone who participated in Jesus’ Birthday Party! We collected many gifts & even wrapping paper to give to Phoenix Children’s Hospital (PCH).  It will all be donated in Sarah’s & Madelyn’s honor. (If you still want to participate, it is not to late)

Hey all!

I received this picture in an email today. It reminded me that God holds this beautiful green planet in His hands. So rest assured, we are safe in His hands… nothing we can do could destroy this planet. I know the media would like to scare us into thinking we are on a crash course to destruction… God is still in control.

Please pray for Riley. He came home from school with a 103 fever & having problems breathing.

Riley's aunt Carry has been a vital part of Team Sarah. She has been to most of our functions & has supported Sarah every step of the way.
